Welcome to Flavours of India restaurant, where serving tasty and healthy food is everything. Indian cuisine varies widely from region to region and even the best-known dishes have many variations. Flavours of India has a tandoor (clay oven) and a chef who specializes in tandoor cooking such as lamb and beef kebabs, tandori prawns, chicken tikka and, of course several varieties of naan bread.

Our menu has been selected to present those dishes, which truly reflect the culinary heritage of the vast and beautiful country of India.

With such a wide range of offerings in Kamloops, finding an Indian restaurant that has just the right mix of atmosphere and hospitality, along with authentic taste and quality spices and ingredients, is not as easy as one might expect.

  A SUPERB Dining Experience February 18, 2010 Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior-- pass through the doors into a tranquil and tastefully designed restaurant with a magnificent view of the Kamloops valley. The exotic, fragrant aromas that meet your nose only hint at the culinary delights to follow. Whether vegetarian or not, the Vegetarian Special offers a sample of vegetarian dishes: dal, roti, samosa, spiced rice, a potato and cauliflower dish, and a sweet rice pudding. Order your meal mild, medium,o r hot (I had the latter and it had just enough heat to make my nose run). I only wish I was staying in town longer, so that I could try more dishes!! Very reasonably priced, particularly given the great food and lovely ambiance.
